本気の人の中にいると、周りの本気のパワーに負けじと、自分も本気のパワーを出す。全員が本気で取り組んでいるので、だれもサボっている人がいない。人数は少なくてもいいので、そうゆう環境にたまに身をおきたい。個人の能力が成熟していることが必要条件で、環境に引き上げてもらおうと思っているようでは、駄目です。個人技の成熟があってこその組織であり、高めあえる環境です。

When those who are around you are serious, we are likely to put your whole heart into something, trying not to stack up against their power. They all are making a serious effort and nobody are lazy away. Regardless of the number of people, you had better occasionally put yourself in a circumstances like that. Here is requirement: ability of each person is mature and you must not want to be pulled up by an environment. It is necessary for the organization to mature the individual ability and this is where you bring out the best in each other.
